Alters and Triggers
An easy way to explain this convoluted victimization of body and soul is by looking at it as a complex computer program: a file (alter) is created through trauma/torture, repetition and reinforcement. In order to activate (trigger) the file, a specific access code or password (cue or command) is required. The victim/survivor is called a “slave” by the programmer/handler, who in turn is perceived as “master” or “god.” About 75% are female, since they possess higher tolerances for pain and tend to “dissociate” easier than males. Subjects are used mainly for covert operations, prostitution, under ground porno; entertainment industry is FULL of Monarch Slaves.
There are an inordinate amount of alters in the victim/survivor with numerous back-up programs, mirrors and shadows. A division of light-side (good) and dark-side (bad) alters are interwoven in the mind and rotate on an axis. One of the main internal structures, (of which there are many) within the system is shaped like a double-helix, consisting of seven levels. Each system has an internal programmer which oversees the “gatekeeper” who grant or deny entry into the different “rooms”.

Levels of Programming
ALPHA – “general” or regular programming within base control personality; characterized by extremely pronounced memory retention [photographic] along w/ substantially increased physical strength/visual ability. Alpha programming is accomplished through deliberately subdividing the victims personality which, in essence, causes a left brain-right brain division, allowing for a programmed union of L and R through neuron pathway stimulation.
BETA – referred to as “sexual programming” — this programming eliminates all learned moral convictions and stimulates the primitive sexual instinct, devoid of inhibitions. “Cat” (Kitten) alters come out at this level. [this accounts for the pervasiveness of “kitten” or “cat” imagery surrounding models, actors, actresses and musical artists]
DELTA – known as “killer programming”, originally developed for training special agents or elite soldiers (i.e. Delta Force, First Earth Battalion, CIA/Mossad/MI6/KGB, etc.) in covert operations. Optimal adrenal output / controlled aggression is evident. Subjects are devoid of fear; systematic in carrying out their assignment. Self-destruct or suicide instructions are layered in at this level.
THETA – considered “psychic programming”. Bloodliners (from multi-generational Satanic families) were determined to exhibit a greater propensity for having telepathic abilities than did non-bloodliners (non-hierarchical). Due to its evident limitations, however, various forms of electronic mind control systems were developed and introduced, namely, bio-medical human telemetry devices (brain implants), directed-energy lasers using microwaves and/or electromagnetic — these are used in conjunction with highly-advanced computers and sophisticated satellite tracking systems.
OMEGA – “self-destruct programming”, also known as “Code Green.” The corresponding behaviors include suicidal tendencies and/or self-mutilation [cutting]. This program is generally activated when victim/survivor begins therapy or interrogation and too much memory is being recovered.
GAMMA – Another form of system protection is through “deception” programming, which elicits misinformation and misdirection. This level is intertwined with demonology and tends to regenerate itself at a later time if inappropriately deactivated.

Dr. D. Ewen Cameron [aka Dr. White] was former head of the Canadian, American & World Psychiatric Associations. The Origin of MK Ultra/”Monarch” programming:
First off, the targets of mk ultra and other mind control techniques were mostly genetic royalty.
One form of ‘mind control’ is to control the dialogue around the king or queen. This can be done with clever conversation techniques and tactics. The purpose is to affect the king or queen’s thoughts and decisions.
As some in the aristocratic circles became aware of radio waves affecting thoughts, they turned to technological adjustments to thoughts and decisions.
Today, that technological control was fed into computers which place the subjects onto ‘scripts’. The scripts are kept emotionally interesting and ego-gratifying while running the subjects in benign circles with little effect. The subjects are kept out of each others’ geographic proximity to prevent communication. This is done because the subjects’ scripts are similar and they might compare notes.
Over the years, the subjects became the aristocrats themselves. However, as the scripts are kept emotionally gratifying, the aristocrats fight to remain ‘scripted’ and will avoid any action that might threaten their happy amusement park ride.
What separates the genetic royalty from the aristocrats is partly the aversion to the scripts. However, as stated above, the aristocrats fight against any communication between the true monarchs.

There are some great books about what might have happened to th MKUltra program given discoveries like Diisopropyltryptamine (DiPT) which only induce auditory hallucinations. What if they’ve gone on to expand on that? These books are fiction but they make great reading and make you wonder what’s really out there.

Thank you for the insight. I researched the trigger trauma and other psychosomas that can and are implanted through remote neural process. What I found is though all of this is done with accuracy the target/victim can usually break free if not too much damage has been done to their psyche. The best way is to read whatever information there is, join blog sites, and refrain from any dialogue that places them in controversy.
The biogens crated by the GWS military use remote communication through SIGINT satellite to communicate. This communication is not limited to victims.
The sad area is most victims have one or none other persons in their family or household with which to share the weapons hits. It is important to not open the discussion that can permanently alienate the family from one another, and if it is a dangerous situation in the household a break in ties in needed. The control may use others to do harm.I found knowing about the triggers led me to the factor I am needed to believe and allow the images to harm me. Fact the weapons can use a programming that will not release your neurotransmitter from communications, but it rarely lasts more than a year or two. medication may be best, but at this time it is better to remain vague about the targeting unless you desire a record that can alter how you will be treated by the medical community forever. If you cannot find a physician that knows or accepts the weapons are there do not be dismayed. the weapons pulse a constant metempsychosis through metaphysical channels mentioned as remote neural telepathy, or simply put– cell transmissions through satellite communication towers.
ITK7 I can’t remember where exactly in your site but certainly I came across a few days one poster who is against blood donations. That doesn’t set a good example because it’s necessary to contribute to the general public’s welfare. If we all follow his/her suit, we’ll let many people down who need blood transfusions in order to survive and lead normal lives. I’m quite bemused you let the poster get away with such negativity and make no effort whatsoever to challenge his/her attitude.

I discovered a year ago that I am a Monarch. My father was a lieutenant commander in the navy. I am 57. My dad knew Bob Hope (at age 11 we moved very close to his Toluca Lake house) and I am remembering USO shows that I was in. I even found USO pictures of myself online in South Korea and Iraq that I did not remember until recently. I am so old that I don’t think that they are accessing me now, but you never know. I was accessed at century city towers and shopping center, Las Vegas circus circus, Bob Hope’s house, USO shows, Back rooms of restaurants, Illuminati hotels, schools I attended like UCLA and Art center Hancock Park and North Hollywood High, Bohemian Grove (late elementary), and God knows where else. They used my 1st husband to access me. I was trained at a Naval Ship docked possibly at Long Beach, and at China Lake naval base.(makes sense, since my dad was in the navy).This cruel program has to stop.

Experiment One :
In 1955 I was admitted to ward 17 for experimental surgery at WRAMC . I was resectioned , my sigmoid colon was removed and then the left over parts were reconnected .The surgeon did a live autopsy . This surgery was put on microfilm .
This surgery was the first of its kind and thousands of people have had this surgery because of this experiment that was done on me . I am listed in The Army Journal of Experimental Surgery .
During and after surgery I received two transfusions of whole blood from The Army Blood Bank .The blood came from the soldiers that were stationed at Walter Reed .
Experiment Two , ” The one in the photo “:
One afternoon a doctor and a lady came to ward 17 ( the experimental ward ) and asked the nurse who they could take . The nurse pointed to one girl and then to me . They took the other girl first…she came back asleep .
They then put me onto a gurney covered me with an army blanket , strapped me in and took me to an isolated room in the basement .
The man put me in a weird looking chair and dropped the front end of it to the floor and sqaushed me up in the middle on a black pillow to keep me from sinking to far down into the chair .
He put a machine over me .The light in the machine was a bright green . He then moved my hair back and attached some discs to my head . I started crying and asked what they were going to do to me as I had already been through a lot with the surgery .
I told the doctor that my feet were cold , he said they were like ice . He said I will go see what I can find…but I don’t think there is anything in your size down here . He then left the room and went into a smaller room where there were a lot of cabinets and drawers . I could see him from my chair .
While he was gone the lady took several flash bulb pictures of me . She had on a brown uniform and seemed very cold toward me .She had me lean on the arm of the chair in some of the pictures . There were ( 6 ) photos taken of me that day …( 5 ) are still missing and may have been destroyed .
The doctor came back with a pair of giant tan canvas slippers , he said it was all he could find , but they would cover up the important part of my feet . He put them on my feet and told me to be really still so he could run a test . He then put a very heavy brown apron over my chest and then I saw a tray with syringes .
He asked the lady how many pictures she had left …she said three . He injected me with a small syringe of midnight blue black serum . I screamed and went numb . I could hear strange buzzing sounds in my head and his voice started to echo really bad and he kept saying ” Patricia ” can you hear me ?…are you still with me ?
I couldn’t move at all . Next thing I knew I was back on the ward . There are more details that only I would know about the furniture and the colors and lay out of the room and I remember specific things about the doctor .
Experiment Three :
I was taken to a room and injected with a purple serum in my the back of my hand , then all of the lights were turned off . The room was pitch black . A wand type instrument with a light was moved over my body . I was sitting in a chair while the doctor did this .
Experiment Four :
I have never ever been able to talk about this one . All I can say is that I was taken to what looked like an O.R.., I was strapped really tight to a table , a small spot on the crown of my head was shaved and I received no anethesia at all for this one .
Then it felt like a large needle going into the crown of my head . I screamed all through the procedure until I was screaming with no sound coming out of me . I was terrified and crying for my mother .I think Maybe they did an electrode implant , I don’t know . A kid that went through this much trauma …never forgets .
I feel I should have gotten compensation a long time ago for what the CIA/ Army did to me . The experiments were torture and caused me to have nighmares all of my life . My medical problems have been on going from the surgery .
I was overdosed , experimented on and forced to endure severe pain .They made me sick with radium treatments , experimental drugs , probing and cutting , needles , the blood from the blood bank and other horrible things they did . I have had 21 surgeries and still have to have more as the problems have never stopped .
My dad enlisted twice in the Army in the 40’s .
He was with the 9901st , TSU SGO Ward 1 . The enlisted men in his unit were ordered to participate in vaccine experiments . My dad passed away 190 days later in 1950 . I lost my dad to the experiments at Walter Reed .
The worst thing is that anyone could be a victim and never know it . If you have ever had a surgery…you could have an implant in your body and could be a victim just as I was and your life has never really been your own . You feel like you are off beat , don’t know what’s wrong and can’t seem to put your finger on it . You could very well be a victim of an experiment .
The most hurtful thing is to think that my government has allowed this to happen in the name of research . To think that these people thought it was OK to mess with a childs mind like that and cause a life time of trauma .
The truth is… our government picked up where ” Hitler ” left off . They used his scientists . After the war , they were brought here and givin freedom in the United States to continue their experiments . Our government needed to know what they knew about mind control and other things they were doing . So that it would never be used against us . This is where the Manhatten Project and other programs originated from .
There is a book that every single person in the U.S. should read , called ” The Plutonium Files ” it’s all true and is now declassified information about the experiments done in the United States .

When I was living in LA in 1999 I met a mysterious character named Chris of whom I found out later was the adopted son of an ex pres military man of Sperry Rand. The adopted son was really strange, mysterious, and was a very powerful psychic. His father was an aced fighter pilot in WW2 and became Pres of Sperry Rand back in the early 80’s I believe.
I could write a book about how strange this guy Chris was. I think he was adopted from a catholic orphanage. He would disappear all the time even his supposed best friends knew very little about him. He had psychic abilities like coming into your dreams and robbing your energy and also he would shape shift into different animals in dreams.
Anyway I had a very intense bond with him through dreams even miles apart. He has since disappeared again. I just wonder if he was mind controlled or an alien hybrid? He had really huge dark eyes that would just bare into your soul and really strange thin fingers, and he was long and abnormally small built for his height.
Anybody heard of this kinda stuff before?

After much deliberation, cajoling, urging and downright insistence I have decided to return to blogging on regular basis. As regular readers are aware I generally do about one post per month; they’re quite lengthy by blog standards and this is by design. This schedule may or may not increase, as I’m much more mobile then before, but there will be at least one per month. I must confess in doing research for BP Eco-Terror I was extremely dismayed at the state of military/corporate siege occurring in the Gulf of Mexico region and the ongoing corporate controlled media blackout. Mark J. Albrecht (born March 10, 1950 St. Louis, Missouri) is a senior aerospace and telecommunications executive with broad government and industry experience. He completed his BA and MA from UCLA (phi beta kappa) and PhD from the Rand Graduate School. He was the Executive Secretary of the National Space Council from 1989 – 1992 and was the principal advisor to President George H. W. Bush on space. He was the Legislative Assistant for National Security Affairs to US Sen. Pete Wilson (R-Calif) from 1983 – 1989. Albrecht was a senior executive at SAIC from 1992 – 1997 and was President of Lockheed Martin’s International Launch Services from 1999 – 2006. Albrecht is credited in government with reform of NASA and implementation of the ‘faster, cheaper, better’ approach to space development and in the space launch business is credited for inventing and implementing the concept of ‘mutual backup’ that revolutionized commercial space launch. Albrecht was awarded the NASA distinguished service medal and the DOD distinguished civilian service medal and is the recipient of the Space Pioneer’s award of the national space society. He is or has been on many corporate and advisory boards.

Another instance in which the curtain was pulled back on mind control research by the U.S. government involved the online description by the American Psychological Association (APA) of a CIA and Rand Corporation workshop which it co-sponsored in July 2003 at Rand’s Arlington, Virginia headquarters. The event was attended by approximately 40 research psychologists, psychiatrists, neurologists, as well as “representatives from the CIA, FBI and Department of Defense with interests in intelligence operations.”
Back in 2003, according to an APA news article, Dr. Susan Brandon “jointly conceived” the APA/CIA workshops with Rand Associate Policy Analyst, Scott Gerwehr. Prior to 1950, Engineering Research Associates (ERA) in St Paul had been formed (1946) Similarly, the Eckert & Mauchly Computer Company (EMCC) in Philadelphia had been formed (~1947). Based on their ENIAC war work, EMCC were developing a computer called the UNIVAC.
In 1950 Remington Rand bought the EMCC and its UNIVAC. In 1953 Remington Ramd bought ERA and their 1100 series machines. In 1955 Remington Rand merged with Sperry to form the Sperry Rand Corporation

It may have been the biggest story since the atom bomb. The headline, however, was small and ignored the larger issue. “Drug Tests by CIA Held More Extensive Than Reported in ’75,” said the New York Times on July 16, 1977. …
The testing of drugs by the CIA was just a part of the United States government’s top-secret mind-control project, a project which had spanned thirty-five years and had involved tens of thousands of individuals. It involved techniques of hypnosis, narco-hypnosis, electronic brain stimulation, behavioral effects of ultrasonic, microwave, and low-frequency sound, aversive and other behavior modification therapies. In fact, there was virtually no aspect of human behavioral control that was not explored in their search for the means to control the memory and will of both individuals and whole masses of people.
The CIA succeeded in developing a whole range of psycho-weapons to expand its already ominous psychological warfare arsenal. With these capabilities, it was now possible to wage a new kind of war—a war which would take place invisibly, upon the battlefield of the human mind. … [p. 19]
The psychological techniques described in The Manchurian Candidate were to become a reality less than a decade after Condon saw his story set in type. As if Condon’s fiction had been used as the blueprint, a group of hypno-programmed “zombies” were created. Some were assassins prepared to kill on cue. Others were informers, made to remember minute details under hypnosis. Couriers carried illegal messages outside the chain of command, their secrets secured behind posthypnotic blocks. Knowledge of secret information was removed from the minds of those who no longer had the “need to know”—they were given posthypnotic amnesia. … [p. 21]
The objective of Operation Mind Control during this period has been to take human beings, both citizens of the United States and citizens of friendly and unfriendly nations, and transform them into unthinking, subconsciously programmed “zombies,” motivated without their knowledge and against their wills to perform in a variety of ways in which they would not otherwise willingly perform. This is accomplished through the use of various techniques called by various names, including brainwashing, thought reform, behavior modification, hypnosis, and conditioned reflex therapy. For the purpose of this book the term “mind control” will be used to describe these techniques generically.*
Mind control is the most terrible imaginable crime because it is committed not against the body, but against the mind and the soul. Dr. Joost A. M. Meerloo expresses the attitude of the majority of psychologists in calling it “mind rape,” and warns that it poses a great “danger of destruction of the spirit” which can be “compared to the threat of total physical destruction . . .” … [p. 23]
“I can hypnotize a man—without his knowledge or consent—into committing treason against the United States,” boasted Dr. George Estabrooks in the early 1940s.

From one such think tank, the Rand Corporation, came a report [1949] … [p. 67]
“ … a hypnotized subject will often accept and confess to an implanted memory as a real event in his own past life.” …
A number of experienced hypnotists had been able to train their subjects to perform “in such a way that observers could not tell that the subject was in a trance or that he was acting under hypnotic suggestions.” … [p. 69]
To induce hypnosis in an unwilling subject, the report suggested any of three possibilities which were then well supported by research findings:
1. As part of a medical examination, talk relaxation to the subject, thus disguising the hypnotic induction. For example, the person could be given a blood pressure test, told that he must relax completely in order to give an adequate test record, and then be given suggestions to go to sleep which would result in a hypnotic trance.
2. Induce hypnosis while the person is actually asleep from normal fatigue. This could be done by simply talking softly into the sleeper’s ear.
3. Use injections of drugs to induce hypnosis. The hypnotic drugs would relax the subject and put him in a “twilight state” where the subconscious mind is very susceptible to suggestion.
Subjects who refuse or resist the simple “talking” methods of hypnotic induction could be given a few grams of paraldehyde or an intravenous injection of sodium pentothal or sodium amytal. … Subsequently the subject could be allowed to practice carrying out posthypnotic suggestions. He could then be rehypnotized, still without his conscious cooperation, but this time without the use of drugs. …
Another important use of hypnosis … the report said, would be the induction of amnesia: “Once a deep hypnotic trance is achieved, it is possible to introduce posthypnotic amnesia so that [a subject] . . . would not know . . . that he had been subjected to hypnosis, to drugs, or to any other treatment.” …
The report then said, “Conceivably, electroshock convulsions might be used as an adjunctive device to achieve somnambulism in a very high percentage of the cases. … It is conceivable, therefore, that electroshock treatments might be used to weaken difficult cases in order to produce a hypnotic trance of great depth.”
In 1958 the Bureau of Social Science Research (BSSR), a subcontractor to the Rand Corporation, issued a “technical report” on hypnosis to the air force …
“it is conceivable . . . that these techniques could have been used and covered up so successfully that they might be impossible to recognize . . .” …
All of these techniques, involving drug-induced hypnosis and electroshock convulsions, were eventually developed and used to reduce some of our own citizens to a zombie state in which they would blindly serve the government. Regardless of the Constitution and the laws which supposedly protect the individual against government coercion, “zombies” were covertly created to do the government’s more unsavory bidding. Such “zombies” asked no questions about the legality of their assignments. Often their assignments were never consciously known. And if they were ever questioned about their own actions, amnesia protected them from self-incrimination. … [pp. 70-73]
In 1951, a former naval officer described “a secret” of certain military and intelligence organizations. He called it “Pain-Drug-Hypnosis” and said it “is a vicious war weapon … The extensiveness of the use of this form of hypnotism in espionage work is now so widespread that it is long past the time when people should have become alarmed about it . . .” … [p. 75]
Mind control arranges that “slaves” of the intelligence community—witnesses, couriers, and assassins—are “protected” from their own memories and guilt by amnesia. These “slaves” may be left alive, but the knowledge they possess is buried deep within the tombs of their own minds by techniques which can keep the truth hidden even from those who have witnessed it. It has been used to modify mental mechanisms, to produce changes in mood and feelings, to reinforce behavior both positively and negatively. It has been used to activate sensory and motor regions of the brain in order to produce elementary or complex experiences or movements, to summon memories, and to induce hallucinations. It also has been used to suppress or inhibit behavior and experience and memory—outside of the conscious control of the owner of the brain. … [p. 256]
And, in 1974, the first victim of Parkinson’s disease treated by ESB walked gracefully out of a San Francisco hospital under his own power, thanks to portable ESB. He had a “stimoceiver” implanted in his brain … The “stimoceiver” which weighed only a few grams and was small enough to implant under his scalp, permitted both remote stimulation of his brain and the instantaneous telemetric recording of his brain waves. … [pp. 256-257]
And by the late 1960s, the “remote control” of the human brain—accomplished without the implantation of electrodes—was well on its way to being realized.
A research and development team at the Space and Biology Laboratory of the University of California at the Los Angeles Brain Research Institute found a way to stimulate the brain by creating an electrical field completely outside the head. Dr. W. Ross Adey stimulated the brain with electric pulse levels which were far below those thought to be effectual in the old implanting technique. … [p. 257]
In 1975 a primitive “mind reading machine” was tested at the Stanford Research Institute. The machine is a computer which can recognize a limited amount of words by monitoring a person’s silent thoughts. This technique relies upon the discovery that brain wave tracings taken with an electroencephalograph (EEG) show distinctive patterns that correlate with individual words—whether the words are spoken aloud or merely subvocalized (thought of).
The computer initially used audio equipment to listen to the words the subject spoke. (At first the vocabulary was limited to “up,” “down,” “left,” and “right.”) At the same time the computer heard the words, it monitored the EEG impulses coming from electrodes pasted to the subject’s head and responded by turning a camera in the direction indicated. After a few repetitions of the procedure, the computer’s hearing was turned off and it responded solely to the EEG “thoughts.” It moved a television camera in the directions ordered by the subject’s thoughts alone! … [p. 258]
While Dr. Reed conceded that it was “conceivable that thoughts could be injected” into a person’s mind by the government, he indicated that he did not believe it had already been done. … [p. 259]
